Pompano Security Badge and Trainers Roster Forms

1. Everyone MUST wear a mask when enter Wanda’s office and Casino.
2. All forms must be filled out before you enter Wanda’s office.
3. You must be on a Trainer Roster or you won’t get a badge.
4. The State is not open yet but if you need to renew with them its best to do it online with a credit card.
   You’ll get your license back in a week and Wanda will laminate it for you and do your  fingerprints if you need them.
5. If you can’t print the forms there are available at the FSBOA’s office
