FSBOA May 15th Sustaining Payments
Dear Members,
To assist the horsemen in these trying times, the May 15th sustaining payments for all Florida-bred Stakes; yearling (foals of 2019), 2 & 3 year-olds has been extended to July 1, 2020.
Nomination forms must be sent in to the FSBOA’s office for your horses to be eligible no later than May 15, 2020.
[Note that the nomination forms includes a payment agreement stating that the nomination of the horse for the May 15th deadline date requires the applicable payments to be paid no later than July 1, 2020. No exceptions. The sale, transfer, injury or death of any horse nominated shall not eliminate the obligation for the payments to be made by the owner making the May 15th nomination.]
