2018 Breeder Incentive Foal Form and Non-Florida Certification

Dear Owners & Breeders,

Here’s Information about the FSBOA’s Breeders Incentive program & the Non-Florida Bred out of state sired foal.

The Breeders Incentive form is only for Florida sired foals born this year to receive the bonus money. (No application fee is due)

1. You must register with the USTA first ASAP
2. Then register with the FSBOA by 8/15/2018.

The Non-FL Bred sired foals:

1. Is for out of state sired foals born in Florida only the would like to race in the FL stake.
2. You must register with the USTA first ASAP
3. Then register with the FSBOA by 8/15/2018 plus pay $100 application fee.
4. Your foals will not be eligible to race in the Stallion Stake only.
5. You must make the 2 year old sustaining payments by March 15 & May 15 to be eligible to race in the Florida Breeders Stake, Sunshine State Stake and the Melvyn Aylor Stake.
6. Starting this breeding season, you don’t have to breed back to a FL sire anymore.

If you already send the forms to me you don’t have to re send them with the attached one.
